By accepting the terms and conditions, the USER accepts the rules and criteria described below for the purchase of services.

The following terms and conditions apply without exception to all students who enrol in courses taught by Shaktidhara. It is the responsibility of the enrollee to inform themselves about the terms and conditions of the service and its use, and enrolment in the services offered implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to ask a student to leave the course if, in our opinion, they do not comply with the terms and conditions.

REQUIREMENTS

Students participating in the courses must meet the following requirements: 

• Be over 18 years of age. Please contact us at info.shaktidhara@gmail.com indicating which course you are interested in. If your application is approved.

The course must be paid in full or in instalments to complete the registration, if so indicated by the course.

COURSE DELIVERY

A minimum number of enrolments per course is required for the course to run. Otherwise, the course will be rescheduled and those enrolled will be notified by email. (ALWAYS check your spam folder for notifications and enter your mobile phone number correctly.)

Shaktidhara reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses as it sees fit. In the event of cancellations or modifications, one week's notice will be given. If the start date of the courses is changed, students who have already paid may choose to use the balance for another course of their interest or transfer the balance to a third party. If payment was made by credit card, the procedure will be the same as above. Proof of payment, whether by debit card, credit card or bank transfer, must be sent by email to info.shaktidhara@gmail.com.

 

COURSE REGISTRATION

In all cases, registration must be done via email at info.shaktidhara@gmail.com, completing the corresponding registration form and making payment in advance using any of the methods available for this purpose.

CHANGE OF DATES

Shaktidhara reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses as it sees fit and/or modify course dates. In the event of cancellation or postponement, students who have already paid may choose another course of interest or transfer the balance to a third party.

It is the student's responsibility to verify the validity of the course publication on the day of the course start date. In the event of changes to the course dates, the changes will be notified and updated on the Instagram page @_shaktidhara_y and by email, which will be sent from info.shaktidhara@gmail.com.

COURSE PAYMENT

Via Bizum or bank transfer for Spain.

Via Mercado Pago for Argentina.

Via bank transfer or PayPal for all other countries.

To request your receipt, please send us an email to info.shaktidhara@gmail.com after your purchase with the following information:

Amount paid and what it was paid for

The receipt will be issued within an estimated time frame of no more than 3 working days from receipt of the email.

Receipts cannot be issued after the end of the month in which the payment was made.

REFUNDS

Under no circumstances will refunds be made for the amount paid for courses, whether due to personal inconveniences, misinterpretation of academic content, course content, schedule, or other issues on the part of the students.

Changes to course dates or transfers of credit to another course/person can only be made by sending a certified notification to info.shaktidhara@gmail.com 10 (ten) days before the start date (no refunds will be given).

COURSE FORMAT

Courses are conducted entirely online via Zoom or Google Meet.

Each course has a tutor responsible for delivering the course content and answering students' questions during live presentations.

COURSE CERTIFICATE

The Energy Healer course awards a diploma certifying that you have completed all three levels of Reiki and acquired all the knowledge necessary to work as an energy healer.
